Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and certificates intact.
Custom, bespoke, engraved, or personalized items are final sale. Earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned once packaging is opened due to hygiene regulations.
