Non-Returnable Items

Custom, bespoke, engraved, or personalized items are final sale. Earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned once packaging is opened due to hygiene regulations.

Package items securely with all original materials. Use trackable, insured shipping. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at customer expense unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes, styles, or colors subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange. Price differences will be refunded or charged as applicable.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.

Warranty
